Oven Baked Cripsy Fried Chicken with Dijon Mustard & Honey Mayonnaise Recipe

Ingredients for Marination (Make 2 servings):
Chicken Drumstck 2 no/337g
Minced Onions 1/4 cups/ 44g
Minced Garlic 1tsp/9g
Salt 1tsp/5.2g
Pepper 3 pinch/1g
Milk 1cup/255g
Water 1cup/255g
Method of steps for chicken marination:
- Remove skin from chicken drumsticks.
- Combine onions, garlic, salt, pepper, milk and water in a large bowl.
- Marinate chicken drumsticks for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
Ingredients for breading:
Breadcrumbs (Panko) 2cups/120g
Salt 1/8tsp/1.2g
Pepper 1/8tsp /1g
Onion Powder 1/8tsp/1.5g (optional)
Garlic Powder 1/8tsp/1.5g (optional)
Flour 1/4 cup/32g
Method of steps for breading:
- Preheat oven to 215 °C or 420 °F.
- Combine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Coat chicken drumbsticks with flour. Dust of excess flour.
- Coat it with the marination liquid.
- Then, coat it with season breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken on baking tray lined with oiled wire rack.
- Cook for 50 minutes. At 25minutes mark, turn the chicken over.
- Rest chicken for 5 minutes. Season with dried pasley flakes (optional)

Egg Yolk 1no/19.5g
Dijion Mustard 2tsp/12g
Vegetable Oil 1/4cup / 54g
Salt 1 small pinch
White Pepper 2pinch
Honey 2tsp/13g
