How To Make Cookies and Cream Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients for Cookies and Cream Popcorn:

Raw Corn Kernel   1/4cup/69g
Vegetable Oil   1/2tbsp/6g

Sugar   7tsp/35g
Water  7tsp/12g

Melted Butter   4tsp/22.4g
Crushed Cookies   1/2cup/50g
Milk Powder   2tbsp/8g

Method to steps for cookies and cream popcorn:

For cooking popcorn:
  1. In a large pot, place raw corn kernel and vegetable oil. On high heat, sauté until you see the raw corn kernel started popping. Lower the flame to low heat.
  2. Cover with a lid. Shake the pot for even cooking. Turn off the flame when you stop hearing popping sound.
For flavouring popcorn with cookies and cream:
  1. In a small pot, bring sugar and water to a boil. Continue cooking until it turns a light ember colour.
  2. In the meantime, add melted butter to cooked popcorn. Toss to coat evenly. Add crushed cookies and milk powder. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Slowly pour in sugar mixture evenly. Toss to coat.
  4. Cool until sugar harden. 
Alternative, you can make normal popcorn, 
  1. In a small pot, bring sugar and water to a boil. Continue cooking until it turns a light ember colour.
  2. In the meantime, add melted butter to cooked popcorn. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Slowly pour in sugar mixture evenly. Toss to coat.
  4. Cool until sugar harden.
